SCHOOL TO SCHOOL PROGRAMME: POLTEKNIK IBRAHIM SULTAN WITH YUHAN TECHNICAL HIGH SCHOOL. (MALAYSIA - KOREA TVET COOPERATION INTERNATIONAL PROGRAM)
25 September 2024 – A collaborative program by delegation from Yuhan Technical High School, Yuhan, Korea to Politeknik Ibrahim Sultan, Johor, Malaysia. The collaboration visit was led by Dr. Ko Byung Do, Principal of Yuhan Technical High School and was welcomed by Y.M. Tengku Nadzion bin Tengku Ibrahim, Deputy Academic Director of Politeknik Ibrahim Sultan.
Together in this collaboration visit are Mr. On Hyung-Sun, Director Of Global Extracurricular Activities, Yuhan High School, Mr. Choi Ju-Yeol, Teacher of Yuhan Technical High School. Mr Mohd Norazizul Fadli bin Abu Bakar, Deputy Director of Academic Support, PIS, Madam Irinah binti Abdullah, Head of Department of Mechanical Engineering, PIS and the Heads of Academic Departments.
Their presence today marks the sequel to their inaugural participation in the School to School PIS-Yuhan Technical High School programme that took place on the 19th of September last year, an occasion during which we have formally endorsed the Agreed Minute of Meeting. For those among us today, it represents their maiden voyage to our institution. This collaboration serves as a great conduit for rigorous consultations and exchange of knowledge, particularly with programmes such as Diploma in Mechatronic and Mechanical Engineering and in general, for the Mechanical Engineering Department and Politeknik Ibrahim Sultan.
Hopefully this collaboration spearhead more programmes of this nature in the future to foster an educational milieu that can contribute substantially to the multi-faceted academic growth of students in both institutions.
